Whether you're embarking on a brand new exercise regime or just want to switch up your current habits, you’ll need a personal trainer that is highly qualified with a friendly, yet motivational attitude. I am a Personal Trainer bringing you wholesome, healthy food ideas, easy to follow training plans and a little life coaching if you want to dive into other things from your fitness. I am an expert in helping my clients achieve their goals, and can design a clear exercise plan that also helps with your nutrition, which will ultimately ensure that you get the body you’ve always wanted and the healthy lifestyle you've been wishing away. PT Services

I recognise that your training needs are individual to you – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. My training sessions can take place in your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also give you a meal plan full of nutritious recipes and meal ideas, to maximise your training results. You will get a generic nutrition guide simply by signing up, so you do still have some enhaned help on a budget!

Stress Free Nutrition

My convenient location and opening hours allow me to offer appointments at a time that suits you, at a place you can feel comfortable. The result? You can arrive stress-free and ready to explore how good nutrition can change your life. I will guide you through each stage of the process from testing, diet changes, and supplements. I promise to explain each step clearly, and always take the time to talk things through so you're learning as you're healing. This chat normally happens once, maybe twice a month, and usually only takes an hour or so. Yes, I buy the coffee!

My self confidence has gone up loads. I now have more self worth and am a lot more accepting of who I am!!! 


My self belief has also vastly improved. I now am able to see that I am capable of things like doing 100kg on the leg press which I never thought was possible. You’ve helped me believe that I can achieve things in swimming and in life. I’ve just got to believe in myself.

I would say my mindset on how I see myself has changed the most. I no longer have such a big issue about who I am as a person. You’ve helped me to understand that I am a worthy person and I am capable of greatness. 


I also now enjoy the gym (who would have thought I’d have said that 😂) and am now able to see and feel the great effect exercise outside the pool has on my performance when I swim. 


I’d recommend people that really want results. Not just people who want to look good on Instagram 😂


Having a PT is expensive but definitely 100% worth it. Sessions with you are always good value because even if it’s not a high intensity session, just the social interaction and motivation is so beneficial. Sometimes I don’t want to go to the gym but I know that even if I don’t want to work out, I’ll feel 100 times better after my session. 


Every session is different which I absolutely love. I get very bored very easily so it’s really important for me to stay interested and motivated and the variety of exercise we do always keeps me engaged. Even after 6 months working together, you always surprise me with new exercises.
