I recognise that your training needs are individual to you – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. My training sessions can take place in your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also give you a meal plan full of nutritious recipes and meal ideas, to maximise your training results. You will get a generic nutrition guide simply by signing up, so you do still have some enhaned help on a budget!
